WATER OATS

Preparation:
First soak the oats with 2 hot traces to be hydrated oatsThen put the oats in the blender add some evaporated milkthen sweetener with condensed milk and added a half teaspoon of cinnamon and blendFinally sneaked oats and added the 4 cups water.
